We are writing to complain about pizza day's the menu of doughnuts and sugary drinks.
I sent e-mail about changing the menu and I even received reply letter. But the menu still didn't change. Would you reconsider it?
We think pizza day is a good idea and children love it too. Pizza day fundraising is important to the development of the school. However, sugary drinks and doughnuts are not healthy to teeth.
We hope you will set a better example concerning childhood obesity.
We would appreciate healthier food for children, such as vegetables and milk. Would you consider changing the menu?

It's a good start. You have all the elements of a successful complaint letter. Now, edit it to make sure you are not repeating "changing the menu" too often (twice is enough)
